"Some of the most common symptoms of caffine withdrawal include headaches, sleepiness, drowsiness, impaired concentration, decreased motivation for work, irritability, decreased sociability, muscle aches and stiffness, hot or cold spells, nausea or vomiting, blurred visions, depression, anxiety and impaired psychomotor performance"...

That was me, yesterday... Let this be a warning to you all - keep your caffeine levels topped up!

Long time no post, yet again.

Don't suppose there's a lot to report. Jo's been working hard at Adept for over a month now.

We did go and see Mark Steel at the Lowry at the beginning of the month. He was good, although a lot angrier than you'd imagine, if you've only read his book or heard him on Radio 4...

We've just bought ourselves an early Christmas present - a Gamecube with Mariokart. Good fun, although Jo did find herself dodging a banana skin on the way to work, yesterday...

Anyway, in a bit of shameless promotion, if you want to earn me some "star points" from Nintendo, you can click on the banner below. I think you need to sign up for a VIP pass by buying a Gamecube or game first, though..
